These Terms govern the use of the website axorentix.com and the informational services offered by Axorentix Capital Inmobiliario, S.A.P.I. de C.V. By browsing this site you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
1. Nature of the service
Axorentix operates as a digital platform focused on real estate crowdlending in Mexico. Its purpose is to connect investors with real estate development projects. Axorentix does not offer guaranteed returns and does not act as a bank. Every investment offering is subject to a separate project agreement and to Mexican financial regulation applicable to Fintech Institutions (Ley Fintech).
2. Eligibility
To register as an investor you must be at least 18 years old, have legal capacity in Mexico or in your country of residence, complete our KYC process and declare the licit origin of funds. Axorentix may reject an application without stating cause when necessary to comply with legal obligations.
3. Risk acknowledgment
Real estate investment involves risks, including delays, budget overruns, market changes, illiquidity and partial or total loss of capital. Historical performance does not guarantee future results. Each project publishes its own risk sheet that you must read before investing.
4. Intellectual property
All content on axorentix.com — including texts, brand, logos, graphic elements, source code and datasets — belongs to Axorentix or is licensed for its use. Reproduction, distribution or transformation of these elements without written authorization is prohibited.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the site for unlawful purposes, not to introduce malicious code, not to attempt to circumvent security measures, and not to use automated tools to extract information massively. Axorentix may suspend access when these rules are broken.
6. Communications
Contact forms are answered by Axorentix's investor relations team. The submission of a form does not create an investment relationship. To become an investor you must complete the specific onboarding process.
7. Limitation of liability
Axorentix does not warrant the uninterrupted availability of the site nor the absence of errors, viruses or malicious components. To the extent permitted by law, Axorentix will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages related to the use of this site.
8. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect operational, legal or regulatory changes. The updated version will be published on this same page with its revision date. Continuing to use the site implies acceptance of the changes.
9. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Mexico. Any dispute will be subject to the federal courts of Ciudad de México, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond by reason of domicile.
