Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Axorentix Capital Inmobiliario, S.A.P.I. de C.V. ("Axorentix", "we") collects, uses, stores and protects your personal data when you visit axorentix.com or interact with our real estate crowdlending services in Mexico. We follow the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP), its Regulations and the guidelines published by INAI.
1. Data we collect
We collect data you provide directly through forms (name, email, message content), identification data required for onboarding as an investor (official ID, tax ID, source of funds declaration), navigation data (IP address, device, pages visited, timestamps) and information gathered through cookies and similar technologies. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
2. Why we use your data
We use your data to reply to your inquiries, complete your investor onboarding under Mexican financial regulations, execute and follow up on your participation in projects, prevent fraud and money laundering, comply with legal obligations, and — only if you consent — send you commercial communications about new opportunities.
3. Legal basis and consent
The processing of your personal data is based on your consent, the fulfillment of a contract to which you are a party and legal obligations that apply to us as a regulated operator. You can withdraw your consent at any time by writing to privacidad@axorentix.com without affecting processing already performed.
4. Sharing of data
We may share your data with (i) service providers acting on our behalf (hosting, KYC verification, payment institutions, analytics under contract), (ii) developers and project trustees strictly to execute your investment, (iii) auditors and legal advisors under confidentiality, and (iv) competent authorities when required by law. We do not sell your personal data.
5. International transfers
Some providers may process data outside Mexico, mainly in the European Union and the United States. In every case we sign contractual clauses that require an equivalent level of protection to the one required by Mexican law.
6. Retention
We keep personal data for as long as needed to provide our services and, afterwards, for the periods required by tax, commercial and anti-money-laundering legislation, typically up to ten years after the end of the relationship.
7. Your ARCO rights
You have the right to access, rectify, cancel or oppose (ARCO) the processing of your data, as well as to limit its use or disclosure. To exercise these rights write to privacidad@axorentix.com attaching a copy of your official ID and describing your request. We will reply within 20 business days.
8. Security
We apply administrative, technical and physical safeguards, including encryption in transit, restricted role-based access, audit logs and periodic penetration testing, to reduce the risk of unauthorized access, loss, alteration or disclosure of your data.
9. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy to reflect operational, legal or regulatory changes. The updated version will always be published on axorentix.com with the date of its last revision.
